I live in Poland. Duda (the incumbent president) stole the election is amazingly corrupt. But he's also running a minority government now and is actually sort of harmless at the moment. He's a thief, but he hasn't actually endangered Poland, just stolen a lot of its wealth and enriched his fellow political scumbags. Standard politican, really.
I wouldn't describe neither him nor his colleagues as a valid casus belli. And he hasn't actually walked back anybodies rights. Right now, Poles have more rights than many western europeans and that's saying something because the polish government is channelling some serious post-communist authoritarian bullshit in their legal system.
