In this case it's more like:
I have horse. It was drinking from a watering hole that has alligators in it. It already witnessed 4 of it's friends get attacked and dragged into the lake. So, I led a horse to a watering station, built 3 separate troughs with different flavored water, offered them up, and the horse looks at me like I'm a fucking idiot and says, "But my friends are over by the watering hole! I'm already used to the watering hole."

I'm not going to try an force their hand. It's been recommended to me, but I feel like that might be a violation of the users trust to just lock posts, or even private the sub for a while.
For me it was more, "This watering hole is full of shit and alligators, but that one is full of poison and the other one has a rather menacing poacher giving me the stink eye."
The .win setup isn't already setup for a censorship spiral in four months after it inevitably gets a few articles attacking it.
