The proles will never be anything else. Get used to it. Most of them are lucky they can read.
The point is to ensure that they don't drag down the useful people, and actually contribute instead of being lifelong parasites.
I think it's the bankers that are the enemy not my fellow citizens. In any case I don't think managing my fellow citizens lives for them is any sort of path towards success.
If you're "useful" and you feel "dragged down" by these people you should maybe reconsider the values that led you to believe you were "useful" in the first place.
You would fit in perfectly in Soviet Russia.
The bankers would have no power at all if the dipshit proles didn't vote for them.
And your second paragraph is just doggerel. The majority of the nation does not pay taxes, and a plurality of that are net recipients of welfare for their entire lives. They are literally parasites.
But not for long. Welfare states inevitably collapse, it's a law of nature.
