I was never trying to imply that desiring accountability is accelerationism. It's pretty clear that the people in this thread are advocating for actual accelerationism, not just holding orange man's feet to the fire by comparing his promises to his actions.
Some people here may be, but the post you replied to was criticizing Republicans for not being good enough.
There is a marked difference between "I'm not voting Republican until they get their act together and actually offer me something" and "screw the GOP, I'm voting Dems so they make things worse and then we'll get something good".
This dilemma is real in Europe. The "center-right" (aka far-left) is slightly less bad on immigration, Merkel excepted, but they can also get more people to get along with their BS.
