You guys know the Odyssey isn’t a historical tale, right?
You know that the story is a European story, right? And it's part of European culture and history, right?
Of course you did, but you're not asking the question in good faith.
Which part of the Odyssey is about European history? Is it the cyclops? Or the sirens? Or is it about the god of lightning fucking a swan?
You're either stupid or acting stupid.
Go ahead and go gloat to whatever hellhole you crawled out of about how the chuds don't know what history is.

Black panther is also not a historical tale.
I'm gonna give you some other movies that aren't meant to be based in the actual history of earth. I hope these aren't too shocking for you: Superman, The Iron Giant, Toy Story (and all of its sequels), Nosferatu, The Mummy, Pirates of the Caribbean (and all of its sequels. Except for At World's End. All of that actually was real and really happened).
