Real prison sentences are for the truly dangerous criminals, like 40yo White men charged with computer crimes or having a gun barrel 1/10th of an inch shorter than the legal limit. There's no telling what sort of damage such a psychopath could do. A negro committing armed robbery and assault is basically a victimless crime when you really think about it.
