His stabber is a scumbag, but the officer who pulled him around and opened up his wounds is the real problem here. Manslaughter at the least, murder if taken as is.
Its UK lol that cop is probably getting a medal.
Its like when china decided to break Hong kong and a few students protest (chinese never protest about anything, actually they did, once lol) and the police killed that teenage girl, the police chief probably got a raise.
