You can see at 3:36 there's nothing weird on the front of this car. It doesn't look at all like the OP screenshot. Turning into the row at 3:53 there's nothing on the front.
Leaving at 6:03 you can see the 'lower lip' in some frames so it's not totally faked, but somebody carefully picked out a frame with probably compression or interlacing artifacts and made you look like a fool.

It's not clearly visible in many frames because the frames are interlaced. The same clip has the front left 1/4th of car disappear into the pavement - you think he's got a magic car that he can make part of it disappear at will? lol

Sure is funny that you focus solely on the lip and completely ignore the quad exhaust. So even if we say the lip is actually the same and it's just matter of perspective and focal length, the exhaust is still different.
