If things get bad enough, people will just start doing things, leader or no. Nobody has to tell you to cut down a flock camera or burn down a migrant base, or attack a city council meeting. If people get to the point where they view their situation as an existential crisis in opposition to these things, they'll act.

Really? My understanding is that they've basically given up on Flock cameras in London due to vandalism. The Irish are burning migrant centers and random Fins are stabbing migrants from bicycles.
