The picture alone tells the whole story. I mean I've worked with competent black women before. They are rare, but they do exist. They never look like this. They don't stand like this, they don't dress like that. What this looks like is that incompetent bitchy black woman that makes up the mass of them in the workplace. These are the ones at a reception that have the attitude of "why are you bothering me" when you are doing nothing more than wanting to be "received" at a fucking reception desk.
