There is literally a mission involving taking care of your kid -- at some point she becomes a single mother and there are some mini-games surrounding that. It was part of the leaked data -- along with the videos, mission scripts, cinematics and other stuff. Not sure if that's at the beginning of the game or later on, but yeah... playing as a single mother is peak cuckoldry.
