Wow, I was totally expecting before I saw the clip to see the Hungarian parliament or something mis-worded as the European parliament. They passed that in the EU? I'm shocked.
Now let's see how they screw it up.
They won't? It will take years on end to be implemented on the national level and then simply not enforced.
