Birthrates collapsed primarily because of feminism, not "socioeconomics". Giving people tax breaks doesn't result in more babies. Keeping women out of college does.
Much like feminism, immigration is a weapon used by globalists to destroy nations - but that doesn't mean the immigrants are not also your enemies. Removing "the elites" won't magically restore trust and unity to your countries. The invaders have to go. They know this. They will never be "on your side" versus the "true bad guys".
I agree, but I believe the primary reason is the effect of feminism on the economy over any cultural change.
Women in college leads to women in the workplace. Women in the workplace leads to surplus labor supply. That leads to reduced wages. The reduced wages then led to reduced birthrate.
Giving people tax breaks actually does lead to more children. The Nazis knew this which is part of why the native birth rates skyrocketed after Hitler implemented generous child-tax breaks for married couples
