What has been, 5 months under commie/Islamic rule and NYC is already becoming a ghost town?
I remember during and following Covid there have been articles about people leaving NYC. There was the stuff with AOC blocking the Amazon distribution center, taxes on higher incomes, just all kinds of stuff that is driving out high quality New Yorkers
I struggle to think of any industry in NY other than trading pieces of paper and skimming off the top.
