I've never seen an election where somebody comes in 3rd by a wide margin with in-person voters and then absolutely dominates the mail vote.
I seen a time where the guy that came in second got a 3am drop that conveniently put him above the opponent before when all was lost. Those dang darn leaking pipes
Their argument is always that dems vote by mail more often that republicans. But 80% of people in CA vote by mail regardless of party
I would figure they'd break for the existing mayor who is already a communist in that case.
