This is genuinely the case of a mad bastard young man who happened to be Sikh and looking for trouble.
Sikh's were marching alongside everyone against the police's handling of this matter.
There's no turning this into a race/religion war on this one. This is the police fucking up because the HR department think that they are the law and gumshoe Stazis are enacting their commands.

Don't fall for the divide and conquer, you can trust Sikhs as much as you can trust anyone (Apart from the police).
