after all they are also just flesh and bones...
and evidently incompetent. we've all seen the videos of them struggling with solitary crazed arabs.
imagine 10 good men in masks. where can we find 10 good men? what's the fastest way we can find them?
in the US i'd say in shooting ranges
in Europe? probably a hardware store (tools and such)
