Chiwetel Ejiofor is a very good actor whose career precedes modern DEI bullshit. As far as I know, there is no canonical white primary protagonist for the Backrooms.
DEI was a thing all the way back in the 60s if not earlier.
Apologies, my phrasing was ambiguous; I didn’t mean to imply that DEI is a modern phenomenon but rather that the modern iteration of DEI is particularly aggressive. That’s “progress” for ya.
I understand but still, i don't really think there's "modern" and old". They're both the same and the only difference is the intensity of insertions.
