Income taxes are necessary. But property taxes are inherently a bad thing because it means you never truly own your property.

If you think income tax is necessary you’re either a Keynesian retard or severely economically illiterate. You don’t ever “truly own your property” that’s the entire point of living in a government. Even the pilgrims understood this.

And aren't necessary if there is income tax. Why should there be property taxes if there is already income tax and sales tax?

Income tax is light years more damaging to personal earnings that any other tax, bar none. You’re crying about something that isn’t even a fraction of the lifetime cost of an income tax.

The only reason income taxes aren't covering everything nowadays is because of corrupt politicians and because of too many government handouts to corporations.

That’s just hilariously false, the income tax was always an abuse and was blatantly unconstitutional until congress forced it to fund socialism.

And when it comes to the USA, because of all the wars which eats up most of the tax dollars. Because war is insanely expensive due to the military industrial complex charging insane prices for every little thing. EDIT: And also because so many wealthy people pay only 1% in taxes or less or just nothing.
