The left will speak openly - when convenient - about the divergence between what voters want from their politicians and what donors get from those same politicians. But the number one issue ignored by politicians across the world, easily, is immigration. There isn't a single country on earth whose population does not oppose mass immigration, and yet no government is working to legitimately stop it. Surprise: the left has no objection to this particular dereliction of duty.
