Yea… he’ll get a fine and a ban on travel for a little bit but no jail. He bragged about going to Cuba government-owned hotel. Honestly, it’ll just feed him and the other youTuber drama llamas for a little bit.
He claimed while in Cuba that the US required him to do so. In fact the opposite is true! You can stay in any hotel except those run by the government OR their flunkies. Apparently there's a clear and easy to understand list which Piker didn't bother to glance at.
