I read an explanation of why stickers don't stay on gas cans. Basically the gas fumes push all but special stickers off the can. So, is that a special sticker designed for gas cans? Or was it put on after the gas was out of the container?
There's no such thing as an adhesive that would do that. It was fresh, likely less than a day old.
