Though you have to consider their genetics if their biological parents were willing to give them up.
Hey, I dated a mulatto adoptee for 5 years, and she had an adopted mulatto sister.
Sister was a junkie jailbird with 5 kids to different creampie enthusiasts while she was a dork who was on the swim team and a librarian. Also type O- and a donor.
But then after she left me she met her biological mother who was living in San Francisco with a bulldyke. So bullet dodged. All of her friends were getting married and pregnant and she wanted to keep up with the Jones.
At least 3 are niggers it looks like.
Sad.
If you already have three kids and have the resources to support more, I don't see any problem with adopting (generally, with caveats that the system is broken and abused occur on all three sides). Bringing foreign babies over as a humanitarian thing creates perverse incentives and ultimately results in perpetuating suffering for others.
