This is actually two things happening at once.

Yes, the justice system is abdicating it's duty under the social contract to properly incarcerate and eliminate criminals because they happen to be black, and this has resulted in a revolving door that permits repeat offenders to spiral until they rape or murder someone.

But the other half of the equation is whites continuing to obey the law that has abandoned them. If we ever see a day when whites begin to commit more violent crime - without leftists torturing the data or misreporting the offenders' race - then that will be a good day. Because it will signal that whites have withdrawn from the social contract that no longer serves them and have begun to manufacture their own justice.
