It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Being deliberately offensive isn't justification for assault & battery, but judges and prosecutors will likely try to crucify Chud if for no other reason to prevent a riot, which is an indictment of society in general.
It is however a factor for removing self defense claims in majority of states. You can't provoke attacks with fighting words and claim self defense or every sociopathic retard would do so.
Every nigger that attacks a white person always says they were "racist" and deserved it anyways.
We need to resist this and throw immediate support behind Chud. Otherwise the next time a jew deployed nigger attacks you, you won't be able to defend yourself without getting fucked in the ass by the legal system.

He may 'legally be in the clear', but he's also a total douche, and was encouraging a confrontation, not deescalating one. Hopefully, he didn't empty a clip in the guy over a sucker punch, though we have been given very little information on this incident, and lots on instigating comments from OP.
