Chud the builder gives the prosecutor's office the perfect case to lock his ass up is more like it lmao. I agree in principle but you can't approach random people, act provocative then claim self defense.
You're legally allowed to use deadly force if you believe you're under serious threat of great bodily harm or death (unless you live in a cuck-state then you just have cry and run). You're not allowed to respond with excessive force that doesn't fit the situation. Of course the law/jury has to see it that way, but that's the general idea.
So. I can taunt you all I want but if you come at me with a knife and I shoot you, that's perfectly legal.

Which state are you in? Do you know the full text of the law there? Most likely, there’s a clause that says you can’t claim self defense if you provoked the attack.
You should look it up. If you carry it’s important to know what the law actually says.
