I'm with you, and we've got too many to be dealing with, but I'm an open minded person with appreciation for the ways of other cultures, there's something to be said for the Japanese way.
Same reason for keeping a person alive and in prison. Death is too easy an escape. And he should watch his children suffer what he decided was good enough for strangers to suffer.
That guy and everyone in his family just need to contract AGS, live with it for a while, then go up against the wall if his opinion doesn't change.
