They're literally not. Women as a group have moved all in on casual sex with the same minority of men until they feel it's advantageous to get married. I would know because I had to reject women who wanted to hookup. It's hard to not have resentment for a society that churns out such behavior. It is actually aggravating to try looking for marriage in your young adulthood and women just want to fuck because of hookup culture. All of the actually good women I know were married young. I'm not saying there are no good women. They are just rare now and usually marry young.

The divide is objectively real because women are so liberal.
