Food prices along with wages should go up and taxes should be lowered.

No, prices of food should be based on supply/demand; however, there should be export tariffs on food such that the domestic population is fed before foreigners.
Oh, I see, so you want less food produced domestically and you want tariffs that will obviously inspire other countries to match them and make sure foreign food is more expensive as well.
