Reagan and Trump are the only presidents who have done screen acting (unless you count cameos), but stage actors include Nixon, both Adams, both Roosevelts, and JFK.
If you do count cameos, Biden was on Parks & Rec, Clinton was on something called A Child's Wish, Ford was on Dynasty, and Carter was on Home Improvement.
