Something like 30 cops showed up, encircled the suspects car and then all opened fire. About a half-dozen cops were caught in their own crossfire. Bunch of fucking clowns.
It's more that police actually spend surprisingly little time training with their weapons. Your average gun enthusiast probably spends more time at the range in a month than a cop does in a year. Usually the cops only spend just enough time at the range to pass their qualification standards.
