At least where I live the Sheriff seems to have a bit of standards and moral regard, but the city and municipal police of everywhere I've been have been absolute scum.
The only people I know that actually enjoyed being an LEO were the ones that were in mid sized towns or were basically private security for upper class neighborhoods. The worst they usually saw was DUIs and Karen’s complaining about everything under the sun.

Small town cops are the lowest of the low. Frankly I'd root for a nigger over a small town cop.
