Very long article looking at the SPLC indictment from a regulatory POV. It seems to imply that the SPLC was caught dead to rights doing that which they were indicted on. My only questions is:
How the flappity flying f***ing hell did the SPLC acquire some kind of Federal Government regulatory legitimacy when it came to regulating banks?
Because of totalitarianism. If I recall, this was how Maajid Nawaz was able to win his $3.37 million settlement against the SPLC, since they had him on their unperson-list which banks were enthusiastically following. Good luck winning such a settlement if you're white, however.
