Yes but is that due to Polar bears being inside your country or MAID?
It is due to cold winters. Most foreigners stay well clear of us after experiencing a January & February 😋 That's why Vancouver & Toronto are so popular with immigrants, mostly stable weather.
We in Manitoba have a joke: Even folks in North Dakota say "Move to Manitoba? Are you nuts? It's COLD up there!" 😀
