God's Truth is the ultimate Truth. It is objective, unchanging and the universe is built on it. Theoretically, we can derive Truth (or a good portion of it) from simply observing the world God created (although maybe not the parts of Truth that lie outside physical existence).
So the constant retelling and discussion and testing, rather than diluting the original pure message, separates the wheat from the chaff.
