I really wish there was a copyright reform so it'd be completely legal to modify the firmware on any device you own and being able to publish it. Heck, make it mandatory to be able to flash your stuff.

I'm so sick of companies making everything worse with updates. Working in IT is starting to look like blacksmiths making chains during slavery.
