I think that's fake. After what Iran did to Tel Aviv I'd expect Sampson to have flexed by now. It didn't. Sampson is a scam. That's why Israel suppresses videos of attacks on them.
I, for one, can't imagine smelly IQ 92 Israelis maintaining a nuclear silo. Though I'm sure they'd just get some good goyim to do it for them.
