I suppose your definition of hard times is a little bit different then mine. For me, hard times is when your daily reality looks like something akin to North Korea, China, Russia, anything below the equator or any satelite state that had to put up with USSR authority. 1st world is yet to look like anything like that. You'll know shit will hit the fan the moment anyone with more than 1 million on their bank account will mass leave 1st world countries. That is yet to happen.
