I had a though concerning what the exact nature of the problem of female behaviour.
Women always interact at a personal level. I've had the misfortune to have to deal with several female "professionals" across many fields (private and public) over the last decade and every single one of them behaves this way; the quality of their work is directly dependent on whether they like you. I have seen these women intentionally fail to do their jobs, to the point of falsifying records or even breaking the law, causing them to damage their own career or even lose court cases, out of personal spite for me (I'm just that notable, I guess).
Contrast this with men. I've never had a man deal with me that pettily. I have worked for men who completely disagree with me politically, don't take to me personally, or have actually physically fought me and we were able to put those issues asside for the sake of professionalism in every case. At absolute worst, a man might wait and take advantage of a professional opportunity (layoffs, position transfer, etc) to move me away from them but only if they could justify it as being just business (and even in those cases, we were easily able to bury the harchet when we encountered each other later on).
Tl;dr: Men can put aside their personal feelings to acheive higher goals, like professionalism and just success generally. Women take every interaction personally. That's why they shouldn't ever be allowed in management or politics, and why the woman should be removed in every workplace conflict.

The very concept of Izzat is applying female behavior as a social norm.
