Y'know, I don't think he's actually retarded, but anyone still supporting him sure as hell is.
At this point, I doubt this is still Trump more than I doubt the 7 foot Biden was Biden. Either TPTB took a second swing right after Butler and got him, or he died from the stress.
I dunno, his public appearances are super low energy, you'd think that if tptb replaced him they'd keep the high energy image intact to sucker the memelords.
