No. Many judges are magisterial and either elected during the small local election cycle which most cuckservatives skip or they are appointed by local government councils.
In PA they don't even need a law degree or to have passed the bar exam.
Aren't nigresses just barely 1%of bar graduates anyways? Meaning this many sheboon judges is a statistical impossibility.
Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and District Court judges are appointed by the president and confirmed by the Senate.
