For all their MASSIVE VICTORY and DESTROYING 190% OF IRAN'S MILITARY, American ships couldn't get close to the Iranian coast before the ceasefire. So how are they going to blockade anything?
I'm not sure how they were going to blockade at all, but probably pursuing ships and pirating them? If it isn't complete bluff.
Ship owners could easily find a liberal judge in NYC and get awarded billions in financial compensation
Or maybe just a normal judge with sense?
Obviously American ships can freely interdict tankers once they pass the strait. They're kind of sitting outside the strait right now actually.
If you exit the strait, you're still near Iranian waters. Also, I question the extent to which Murica can "freely interdict" Chinese ships, or whether they want to interdict Indian ships.
Our fleet is parked there. The Iranians aren't doing anything about it.
As far as I know, they tried approaching the Iranian coast but were then fired upon, so now they're staying well clear of it.
