Yes. The new trend of coparenting currently nesting is in direct conflict with multiple states' separation requirements before divorce. People have been surprised to find that the coparenting classes that were ordered by the judge were twisted into being called reconciliation, or family therapy.
That's why Will Smith had to hide from Jada. Jada kept tracking him down, and restarting the timer on the legally required separation.
