Not living with a woman can legally be considered cohabitation in some jurisdictions. This is from Canada.

However, the three-judge appeal panel found that a lack of shared residence is not determinative of cohabitation, affirming the trial judge’s perspective that common law cohabitation can be construed from a number of factors, of which physically living together is only one.

Better to date a woman and never live with her, IMO.
