Not all but they are preventing a lot of the solutions being implemented by applying a 1960s mentality to a 2026 world.

Sometimes, something isn't the cause of ANY problems, but its existence is the prevention of the solution to any problems, too.

A sleeping puppy on my chest isn't making me need to use the washroom, its actions are 100% innocent by all measures, but not wanting to wake it up by moving is certainly hindering the solution of simply getting to the washroom.
