Such optimism. You overestimate people. Someone did a study to look at how frequently PrEP is even discussed.

At the within level (time-varying factors), participants were more likely to ask partners about PrEP during time periods where they reported more male sexual partners, AOR = 2.89 (0.68), p < .001, and engagement in group or party sex, AOR = 1.99 (0.43), p = .001.

"Twice as likely to discuss it before an orgy." They see it as a magic shield for maximum-risk behavior. They are absolutely doing it. Of course the statistics also showed Blacks cared less about prevention. The authors of the study blamed racism for this, so you know the study has a woke bias and isn't overstating the terrible decisions being made by gays.

Those aren't strangers then. You can easily surmise that they've probably participated in orgy's before and are likely to have the disease.

You're using a very narrow and specific set of data and then trying to make inferences about the general population. You've not even considered something as basic as "what percentage of the overall population participate on orgy's?" It that's less than 1% then all your research is worthless when it comes to the claim you're making.

You make an odd claim that a drug aimed at preventing HIV infection is used by people who are trying to contract HIV.
I say that makes no sense and it's used by people who engage in high-risk behaviors to escape accountability.
You say no one is doing that.
I say that people are indeed doing that. Admittedly a study about discussion isn't the most solid proof, but if you think they aren't engaging in degenerate high-risk activities, your head is buried in the sand.
