Now there is a queue to use the boat ramp, there is trash everywhere, and chink and Somali "fishermen" are camping the trout stocking days.

This is the result of the forever growth BULLSHIT that you insist on. The only way to have natural areas that are accessible is for private ownership that tacitly allows trespassing. And the only way for that to happen is if there are so few people that know about a given area that the property owner isn't upset by the destruction or liability of allowing the trespassers.
