It is literally illegal to behave like a dominant man in today's society. The things you would have to do would land you in a prison cell for assault and battery, would get you fired from your job for discrimination, and would make you a social pariah.
You would have to get every man in the country to collectivize on this issue, and motivate them enough to break the law in numbers that would make it impossible to send them all to prison, and get them to do it in spite of the enormous social pressure from women. Most men would fold on that last point alone. No man wants to risk jail time for something that he isn't sure will pay off.
