Outside of the true comment about the shitty motor oil and garbage ingredients in American food, I just do not understand the appeal of Indian food. This from someone who enjoys almost anything made from ingredients acceptable to eat in the West (so no bats, bugs, etc.). Really, I'll eat damn near anything and my favorites being from Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan out of all of that. Indian food is awful.
