Company is buying out review sites, gutting staff and replacing with AI writers complete with AI profile pictures and fake history.
I would care if reviews by game journos wouldn't have been completely worthless already for more than a decade.
Make it 2 decades. The moment YT HD videos took off it was over right then and there.
99.9% of internet is fake, scams, ads and brainwash.
Soon, most of ''professional critics'' will be AI word-vomiting the game's description laced with made-up BS and rephrasing of what other AIs have output about the game, or other content with the same or similar name.
For the past 10 years or so, I have been deciding if a game is worth my time by watching gameplay videos anyway.
